Ayurveda, often translated as “the science of life”, is a holistic healing system originating in India that explores the relationship between body, mind, spirit, environment, nourishment, routine, and overall wellbeing. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Ayurveda encourages us to better understand our individual constitution and create supportive practices that feel sustainable and grounding in everyday life.
My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. Together, we may explore areas such as:
